In 1991 Mike Darlington graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a business degree concentrating in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. He immediately went to work in the field of real estate appraisal. For the next 14 years he appraised residential, agricultural and commercial property across Virginia. Of Virginia’s 95 localities; Mike has worked in over half of them, from the West Virginia line to the Atlantic Ocean.

His experience includes residences of all types in all price points, intensive agricultural properties, unimproved timber and farm land as well as various commercial properties.
